Madeline Grace Martin
Interdisciplinary Artist and Teaching Artist
About
Madeline Grace Martin is an interdisciplinary artist who earned her MFA from UW-Milwaukee in 2019. Her work, primarily featuring people and their connection to the natural world and their ancestors, has been shown nationally. In 2023, she was chosen by The Wisconsin Academy of Arts, Sciences, and Letters for a solo exhibition in which she collaborated with her father posthumously, inspired by his work as a writer and planter of trees. She is currently an artist-in-residence with Scout Gallery. She has worked as an art educator for over 15 years, and lives with her three children in the Merrill Park neighborhood of Milwaukee.
